Return and Refund Policy

 We want you (and your little ones) to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for returns:

Non Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened puzzles, craft kits, or activity sets.
• Plush toys or stuffed animals that have been unsealed.
• Clearance or final-sale items.
   

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your toy arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Provide photos and details so we can quickly resolve the issue.
• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost. 

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds may take [7 -10 business days] to process.
   

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
   

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Please use a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
