What's this thing called ADHD? (online course) October 11, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM $15.00 USD

Hosted by Nationwide Children's Hospital (Ohio), the ADHD Academy session is designed to help children better understand what ADHD is and how it affects our loved ones.  Our behavioral health team will guide participants in exploring how ADHD may show up in daily life, when it tends to be most challenging, and what strengths they bring to the table.  Children will also identify the key people on their “Support Team” and learn how to work together with them to create more positive outcomes.

Just for Autistic siblings (in person) Saturday, October 18, 2025 9:00 PM - 10:30 AM Westerville Columbus Close to Home 433 North Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH, 43081

Hosted by Nationwide Children's Hospital - Do you ever get upset with your brother or sister?  Do you wonder why he or she seems to get all the attention?  This session is designed to help school-age siblings better understand what ADHD is, why their brother or sister may behave a certain way, and what they can do to make things easier for themselves and their family.  Through age-appropriate activities and discussion, children will learn helpful strategies, ask questions, and share their feelings in a safe and understanding environment.

This class is for children ages 8–12 who have a sibling with ADHD.  The child with ADHD should not attend this session.  All participating children must be accompanied by an adult.
